Sunshine Estates, located in the heart of Buffalo, Missouri, is a neighborhood where pride of ownership and a sense of community go hand in hand. Our Homeowners Association (HOA) was established to preserve the beauty, value, and safety of our neighborhood while creating a welcoming environment for all residents.

Our Mission

The Sunshine Estates HOA exists to:

1. Maintain and enhance the value and appearance of our properties and common spaces.
2. Promote safety, cooperation, and neighborly relationships.
3. Provide clear communication and transparency about community decisions and finances.
4. Encourage active participation from homeowners to keep Sunshine Estates a place we are all proud to call home.
5. Maintain and keep compliant the private waste water treatment plant, water well, and roads within in the community.

What We Do

1. Host open meetings on the second Friday of every even month at 5:30 PM, where residents can share ideas and concerns.
2. Maintain community standards and guidelines to protect property values.
3. Keep facilities in compliance with federal and sate compliance for water and waste water plants.
