The Sunshine Estates HOA is managed by a Board of Directors who are committed to representing the best interests of our neighborhood. These individuals dedicate their time and energy to making Sunshine Estates a safe, attractive, and thriving place to live.


Current Board Members


  1. President J.W. Jeter oversees HOA operations, chairs meetings, and ensures community goals are met.
  2. Vice President Ethan Johnson Assists the President, helps coordinate projects, and steps in when needed.
  3. Treasurer David Simmons, Manages HOA finances, including dues collection, budgets, and financial reports.
  4. Secretary Brandy Jeter Keeps official records, meeting minutes, and assists with communication to members.
  5. Member-at-Large Jerry Hardesty represents homeowner interests and assists with special projects and committees.
