The Sunshine Estates HOA is managed by a Board of Directors who are committed to representing the best interests of our neighborhood. These individuals dedicate their time and energy to making Sunshine Estates a safe, attractive, and thriving place to live.
Current Board Members
- President J.W. Jeter oversees HOA operations, chairs meetings, and ensures community goals are met.
- Vice President Ethan Johnson Assists the President, helps coordinate projects, and steps in when needed.
- Treasurer David Simmons, Manages HOA finances, including dues collection, budgets, and financial reports.
- Secretary Brandy Jeter Keeps official records, meeting minutes, and assists with communication to members.
- Member-at-Large Jerry Hardesty represents homeowner interests and assists with special projects and committees.
